Dr. Buitrago is a prosthodontist, meaning a dentist with three additional years of specialty training in replacing and restoring teeth. He earned dental degrees from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2000) and New York University (2008). He completed NYU's advanced program in prosthodontics and dental implants, then a three-year prosthodontics residency at New York Hospital Queens, affiliated with Cornell. He received the Gersten Award and has owned this Coral Springs practice since 2014. Here is what that means for your care:

Some patients need bone grafting first, and we explain that step clearly before you decide.
For patients with many damaged or missing teeth, we offer full mouth rehabilitation, including full-arch implant options such as All-on-4 and Teeth In A Day. We also provide cosmetic care, including porcelain veneers, in-office and take-home whitening, Invisalign, and smile-design consultations. Insurance and Financing Options
We accept all major PPO insurance plans. We also welcome self-pay patients. Because Dr. Buitrago is a prosthodontist, we file certain claims as a specialist. Our front office can explain how your coverage applies before treatment begins, so you know what to expect.
For costs your plan does not cover, we offer CareCredit, 0% and low-interest financing, and accept all major credit cards. Larger treatment plans can often be done in stages. We will review the order of care with you so your plan fits your budget and schedule.
